You could always hire a commercial qmail consultant if the list is not
as responsive as you'd like. There's lots listed at qmail.org.

Dave Sill wrote "Life with qmail", not djb. And those scripts should
not be mode 777. Any local user could change them.

splogger is deprecated and certainly not the method recommended in "Life
with qmail".
