Vanilla qmail does not send the attachments or the original email as an
attachment in NDRs, but as one big mail.
To strip them (which is what I would NOT recommend) you'll have to
modify qmail. I don't think there is a patch floating around.
To make the original mail an attachment there is a patch from
Frederik P. Lindberg at the ezmlm site available e.g. at
ftp://www.de.ezmlm.org/pub/qmail-mime.tar.gz
