I need to find an intelligent way that through a filter, like maildrop, I
can throttle emails that get sent to a particular cc list.
So, if I have a duplicate email being sent, 1 per second lets say, I need
to be able to send some people every message that comes through and then
others only a single message.
Am I explaining this properly? If there's a way to do this via maildrop,
that would be really swell. ANy ideas?
