Sure you can. For example, from the ln man pages:

  ln [OPTION]... TARGET... DIRECTORY                    (Linux)
  /usr/bin/ln  [ -fns ] source_file ... target          (Solaris)
  ln [ -sif ] file1 [file2 ...] target                  (IRIX)
  ln [-fs] sourcename... targetdirectory                (Tru64 UNIX)
