Please clarify this -- do you mean any remote server or a particular
remote server?

This simply indicates that the remote host did not or could not properly
acknowledge the message. Some (broken) servers do this under load, or it
could indicate a connectivity problem.

If you meant a particular remote server, please tell us what kind of MTA
it is -- OS, software, and connectivity to you -- if you meant only one,
the one in your example appears to be on your own private network...
