undelivered mails

Good day!

Looking at qmail-log file today I've seen a lot bounces looking like:
"Domain_of_sender_address_USER@DOMAIN_does_not_resolve"

what could be wrong here?
Must be a public DNS be on mail-server?
(there is only caching DNS).

Please help me to understand whats going on.
