smtproutes is your friend.  From the man page I told you to consult:

   smtproutes may include wild� cards:

         .af.mil:
         :heaven.af.mil

   Here any address ending with .af.mil (but not  af.mil itself)  is
   routed  by  its  MX  records;  any other address is artificially routed
   to heaven.af.mil.

If you think you might need "emergency" outside assistance in the
future, you should consider setting up a contigency consulting
arrangment with a commercial qmail support person.  See qmail.org for a
list of commercial consultants.
