The following would work: Stop qmail then,
find /var/qmail/queue -type f \! -path "*lock*" | xargs rm -f
Restart qmail
Hint: check through the archives and the documentation. You can set the
time messages stay in the queue, but there are reasons why it's long. IMO,
you should have a clear rationale for purging the queue manually.
