This isn't really a qmail question. Unless you are running a virtual
filesystem, you can't dynamically grow a partition. But there's nothing
stopping you from adding a new disk and moving some of your users over to
/home2 or whatever you want to call it.

If you're unclear on the concept of a mount point, or how to move
directories, edit /etc/passwd to migrate users, or other sysadmin
concepts, you ought to ask it in the appropriate Linux list for your
distribution.
