We should be aiming for an 'Any Damn Mail User Agent' moniker just like
some websites proudly proclaim they work with 'Any Damn Browser'

if /I/ choose not to read mail from an outlook user (hey, I don't!) then
it's up to MY mail user agent to discard it, and not prevent outlook users
from sending mail.
