I think it is not connected with qsheff. I just read the code again, and
there are only 4 relevant lines of code. Nothing more.
if(enable_blackhole == 0)
_exit(EX_PERMANENT);
else
_exit(0);
If you set enable_blackhole to 0, qsheff always returns 'permanantly
error' for spams.
I think there is another issue which triggered by this issue.
It is better, compile qsheff in debug mode and then see what is going
on... Please inform us about the results.
