burada derki:

0 received a message from 200.200.200.100 that claimed an envelope sender address of selmanin...@ihlas.net.tr.
However, the domain ihlas.net.tr has declared using SPF that it does not send mail through 200.200.200.100. That is why the message was rejected.
200.200.200.100 IP adresi için spf kaydı girmeniz lazım.
