Has anyone incorporated a support account? Meaning if say I used
"ispsupport" as the username it would let me login to one of the virtuals
as the administrator. So I could change the password for the ispsupport
account and it would update for all the virtuals. Would be nice to offer
this to my tech's so they don't need shell access to help a virtual
customer. So this would be a global login for all the virtuals. Has this
been done? If not let me know and I will work on implementing it.
