Wouldn't it make more sense to allow qmailadmin to accept a form variable domain, so 
that in order to get to the login main menu you enter 
http://site/qmailadmin?domain=whatever and whatever will appear in the box for domain, 
that way you don't have to hardcode lots of index.html files.  User bookmarks that URL 
and you're set.  I'll see about coding a quick patch to allow that.
