I'm getting spam forwarded through inter7 mailing lists.
I realize that it may be difficult to block this, but I'm
requesting a couple of things:

1) Reject mail from senders not on the mailing list
2) Reject mail where the neither the header To: or CC:
lines contain the name of the mailing list being
    relayed through.
(that one, I think, will get most of this spam)
2) Modify qmail so that it includes the IP address of
the sender on the 'recieved' line. This would make
it easier for me to hunt down the perpetrator.
