Any time I have encountered this sort of permission problem with qmailadmin
, I find the best fix is to go back to the qmailadmin source dir and re-run
    make install-strip
this will reset the permissions on all the qmailadmin files back to their
required defaults

If that still doesnt fix it, I suggest you go back to the vpopmail source
dir and
    make install-strip
as this will reset all the permissions on the vpopmail tree back to their
required defaults

Michael.

Subject: [qmailadmin] problems with users

hi there,
i have a smal site here runnig qmail as mailserver, everything seems to be
fine, except the case that i got file permission error
/home/witness/domains/[sub.domain.de]/postmaster/Maildir/1045151266.qw
if i try to login on a sub.
I have changed the permissions from 111 up to 666 but the error is still
there, only the main domain is reachable trough the admin.

any ideas?

greetings
