[qmailadmin] error no 6

Sir,   while trying to change password , after logging in my qmailadmin shows a error - " error no 6 " But it works from most of the systems , only in few systems this message shows ..   Please let me know a solution for this   Regards   Girish   --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
