Both the cgi-bin and document root Directory's have FollowSymLinks in them.
Am I leaving something else out in my httpd.conf?
BTW I was getting an internal server error before this problem. I found a topic addressing my problem so I did a chmod on qmailadmin/html
A note. I just fixed it. I had to change the chmod on /usr/local/share all the way to the html directory. I chmod to 755 on those directories they were rwx--S--- I believe. What did I just do and is it bad?

Maybe allowing SymLinks in your Directory directive on your httpd.conf for the directory?
