Here is something I did to make my ezmlm work - I'm working on a patch (it
should be easy, just dont know how to make patches at all) to send to
inter7.

open your mailinglist.c is your qmailadmin src directory. search for
"execl". Now change the previous "#ifdef EZMLMIDX" to "#ifndef EZMLMIDX".
Recompileing this ezmlm worked for me. (ezmlm .53 / idx .40)

Found this on the qmail.lightup.net phurom. Might wanna check it out
sometime.

Note: backup your old mailinglist.c just in case!
