ezmlm with qmailadmin

Ok, I got the ezmlm-idx version installed finally and I changed line 324
to say ifndef and then I reinstalled ezmlm. Now I can create my email
list just fine, but when I click on add new list member it has me type
in the email address and then it returns:
"no file
Only one person can log in as postmaster at one time
Someone else has logged in. Please only have one login at a time."
any ideas on how to remedy this problem?
