Password length

I dont know if this has been addressed, but could some form of minimum
password length, as well as requiring alph-num combinations be
implemented into vpopmail/vchkpw?   Using qmailadmin, I discoverd that
one could use a really  "nice" password, such as "L".   While I would
never do such a thing, I know I have users who insist on extremely
stupid passwords such as "fido" or their username...
