Qmailadmin and editing mailing lists

Hello there.
I have another question, this time: can qmailadmin change the config for an
already-created mailinglist, or do I have to delete and recreate it?
What I need to do is change a few options originally setup by qmailadmin, but
now I can't find a way to do that, other than delete/recreate the list.
