Internal Server Error at Qmailadmin 0.39

Hello all   I have an Prob with Qmailadmin 0.39   I Have installed it, no probs. But yet when i click on POP Accounts the INDEX .... and word, a, b, c i become an error 500 Internal Server Error.   What�s  wrong??   I Hope anyone can help me   thx   Micha
