You will need to provide more information:
1) What email client are you using to send the email?
2) Is the email client running on the same or different machine?
3) Are you using an smtp server, if so, which one? Is the smtp
server on the machine where the email is supposed to be delivered?
4) Is the smtp server receiving the email? What do the qmail logs say?
