I have some patches that I made up yesterday that allow you to setup a default quota
at compile time. I will be posting them to the list once I get a chance this
afternoon.
I'd like to allow people to view and set the quota from the Change Password screen as
well, but that takes a bit more work and I haven't gotten around to it yet.
