Actually, I'd guess it's the tables.  Netscape doesn't handle embedded tables as well 
as IE.  The same problem existed with the Pop Accounts list.  After a little analysis 
I was able to reduce the number of embedded tables from 5 to 3 giving a pretty good 
speed enhancement.  As long as the code is pretty similar I should be able to do the 
same with the mailing list html.  I'll try and look at it later today. Also, while I'm 
at it, I'm going to do the same thing to all the other static html stuff - they all 
use the same header.
