Check the contents of your /var/qmail/users/assign file.
And check your cron jobs. If you used an rpm to install
qmail, some rpm's regenerate the /var/qmail/users/assign
file from /etc/passwd. Which effectly destroys all the
vpopmail information. Which will cause qmailadmin and
vpopmail to cease to function correctly.
