Hi, I used qmailadmin0.38+vpopmail 4.9.6 well , but when i use 0.39, and config like this: ./configure --enable-cgibindir=/pub/mail/cgi-bin --with-htmllibdir=/pub/mail --enable-vpopuser=vpopmail and changed Makefile's COMMONLDADD like this : COMMONLDADD = -L/pub/vpopmail/lib -lvpopmail -L/usr/local/mysql/lib/mysql -lmysqlclient then do make , and make install-strip, find following error: make AM_INSTALL_PROGRAM_FLAGS=-s install /bin/sh ./mkinstalldirs /pub/mail/cgi-bin /usr/bin/install -c -s qmailadmin /pub/mail/cgi-bin/qmailadmin test ! -w /etc || chown root /pub/mail/cgi-bin/qmailadmin test ! -w /etc || chgrp root /pub/mail/cgi-bin/qmailadmin chgrp: root: illegal group name *** Error code 1 Stop. anyone in there know the reason, pls give me message. thankds best regards xiang
