ACK! Realy odd issue with qmailadmin 0.39

Guys, 

This is the strangest thing I have viewed in ages. I have installed at the
correct packages and everything seems to be working correctly, CGI's in the
appropriate cgi-bin are also working as they should, however, when I go to
run qmailadmin from my web browser I get a really strange output.
