File error 6

Greetings,

        I have a client whos having trouble accessing our qmailadmin page to manage
his domain. I have tried logging in with his details and dont have any
problems. The error he gets is "File error 6", before this he was getting
the error "invalid" that was before I upgraded to 0.39. I hope someone can
shed some light on this for me.
