A while ago Brad sent me an email regarding getting Qmail thru
Qmailadmin installed and running, however his configure script won't
work the way he has written it, and if I leave the section out
qmailadmin reports a huge amount of errors regarding Mysql.

I would be very grateful if someone could help ASAP please?
The script and other details are below:

This script has been modified to suit my system, however the first part
regarding Mysql is as is

"env LIBS="-L/usr/lib/mysql -lmysqlclient -lz"" ./configure
--enable-cgibindir=/var/www/cgi-bin --enable-htmldir=/var/www/html
--with-htmllibdir=/usr/local/qmailadmin
--enable-autoresponder-bin=/usr/bin --enable-ezmlmdir=/usr/bin/ezmlm
--enable-vpopmaildir=/home/vpopmail

Unfortunately I am not familiar with running or setting the "env" part,
so I just typed everything on one line and hit enter, however Linux just
came back with:
env LIBS=-L/usr/lib/mysql Not a file or directory
I am sure this is understandable, bash probably does not know what to do
with it, but not knowing how to make it work I don't know what to change
or add.

If I take it out and just run the ./configure line the configuration
works but the "make" just thoughs up a whole heap of errors regarding
Mysql.
Why is there not an --enable-mysql in qmailadmin to cover Mysql
passwords etc. in Vpopmail ?

Thanks in advance and I hope someone can help me please

Regards
Roger
