That's the way it already works...
For example:
You have [EMAIL PROTECTED] that is catch all account, and you have
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Any email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] will go only to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Any email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] will go only to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Any email to @domain.com and not to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED]
will go to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
