If the permissions are set properly, they can't. What are the customer
domain directories doing under customer-owned directories, anyway?
When I installed sqwebmail, customer domains (and hence,
.qmailadmin-limits) are stored under:
/home/vpopmail/domains/somedomain.whatever/.qmailadmin-limits
su-2.03# ls -l .qmailadmin-limits
-rw------- 1 vpopmail vchkpw 80 Feb 7 14:47 .qmailadmin-limits
