You can find these files in the vpopmail users include directory (usually
/home/vpopmail/include) as they're put there by the vpopmail build process.
If they're not you could copy them there from the vpopmail source
directories. If they are there you may have to tell qmailadmin where
vpopmail is (use the --enable-vpopmaildir option) as it presumably cannot
find it.
