I did get it working!  If you can wait until monday, I will send you 
what permissions I changed everything to.  Look at 
/usr/local/share/qmailadmin/html permissons.  I cannot remember what I 
changed them to put will send on monday.  Also had to change the 
permissions on the /home/htdocs/images/qmailadmin dir as well.
