0.45 is what you want. The text of the link on the website is just not
updated, and that's an old ChangeLog as well. If you download 0.45, you'll
get the current ChangeLog.
0.44 had the security fix, and got upgraded at the last minute to 0.45 to
fix one other problem (introduced in 0.43) with deleting aliases and
forwards.
