Mea culpa. I solved the problem. For some reasons, there
weren't all the language sets available. Now NS 4.7 and IE 5.5 used
system
default (German, which works), whereas NS 6 did use English which was
broken.
The thing is this: I was installing qmailadmin from tar.gzs built on
one of our development machines which didn't overwrite en with the new
data it should contain (because it was a directory and thus couldn't
get overwritted by a normal file). So watch out for such stuff.
