I've succeed with ezmlm-idx+qmailadmin installation.
Hint for FreeBSD 4.x users -
Do not install /usr/ports/mail/ezmlm port. All you need is
/usr/ports/mail/ezmlm-idx port - it will automatically install ezmlm-idx,
all necessary patches and latest release of ezmlm. After that just copy
/usr/ports/mail/ezmlm-idx/work/ezmlm-0.53/ezmlmrc to /usr/local/bin
directory. And normally - keep your ports fresh! =)))
