I've tried to patch autorespond.c (autorespond.c.orig, whatever) using Lu
Vo's vacation patch, but it keeps failing:

Could someone please help me out? This is the one issue that is holding
back Qmail/vpopmail/qmailadmin from going live in a production
environment, and I'm pulling my hair out to get this done by the deadline
this afternoon.
