Thanks for the quick reply ;-)
Seems to be my fault. I specified the ezmlmdir to "/var/qmail". After putting
it to "/var/qmail/bin" everything works as expected.
Guess its a bit "missunderstanding" with this /usr/local/bin/ezmlm directory
