qmailadmin: new 0.56 devel release

Hi Folks,

The new qmailadmin 0.56 development release is available.
Please look at:

This version allows for users to:
1) Forward email
2) Forward and save a copy
3) Set a vacation message.

It requires vpopmail-4.10.26 development release
to process options 2 and 3 above.
