Hi All.
Should they really be combined?  They seem like seperate items to me ... an 
alias applies only to existing accounts and a forward can would be either 
forwarding an existing user (which should now be done from the modify user 
page) or a new local address that forwards to a remote address...

I like the drop-down menu that is avaliable on the 0.59 add alias page, but 
you wouldn't want the same thing on the add forward page.
