The last devel that I announced to the list was 0.60pre6
(http://shupp.org/patches/qmailadmin-0.60pre6.tar.gz).
I've also posted 0.60pre7 since then:

The main difference in pre7 are Antonio Dias' html changes. I think they
are good and help clean things up, but thought you should give your OK
before he did more than just the "html/add_*" templates.
Antonio is also working on a configure option that would disable caching of
html pages via HTTP headers (rather than meta tags).
