0.45 - empty main menu

Hi.
I've just installed 0.45 (latest stable) with latest stable vpopmail.
I can login but I'm getting empty main menu.
In HTML code there is:

href=/cgi-bin/qmailadmin/com/adddotqmail?atype=alias&user=postmaster&time=99
6598706&dom=test3.com&><b></b></a>

- link with empty text.

Where should I look?
