Sorry, english is not my primary language :-). I did not mean a file out
of html/ tree. In reality I said (or tried to say) the opposity: all
included files must be relative to html/ tree. I am thinking about new
themes and more facility to html coders do their work. Perhaps one may
want to include header.html/footer.html in all pages but one or two may be
leave untouched. ##I directivas can give more versatility in this case.
