Hi Kris,
There is a reason why that feature isn't in qmailadmin now.
Some sites sell set email service prices based on quotas.
So letting the postmaster change quotas would allow them
to get around pricing set by the ISP.
It would be a nice feature to add as a configure option.
Like
--enable-quota=y with --enable-quota=n as default.
