I'm only aware of 3 things going on..
1. Ken's updating the mailing lists to add 3 separate "pre-selected" list
types.
2. Steve Fulton's sorting of aliases/forwards
3. Any remaining HTML changes you planned to make.
When the above are done, have translators update the dictionaries.
I haven't had time much to test recently, but things seem to be working
pretty well as of 0.80.
