Ken & Bill,

Here is another patch to be applied against qmailadmin-0.81. This one
fixes "html/*_users.html" files and improves the look of HTML code
generated by users.c::show_user_lines(). Brazilian Portuguese translation
were updated because some translated phrases were out of context when used
with show_user_lines().
