This was a temporary idea that was quickly replaced with a different
implementation.  If you upgrade to 1.0, you'll need to manually move
all your vacation settings to ~userdir/.qmail files (rather than
domaindir/.qmail-user.

That demo is recent, but often broken because I've been doing a lot of
testing with vpopmail and not updaing qmailadmin.

This isn't a bad idea, but probably farther off than the first 2.
