Hi, this isn't a qmailadmin problem, so you arent using 
the right list to ask this question.

Did you remember to open port 110 (pop3) in 
Redhat's default ipchains firewall (/etc/sysconfig/ipchains) ?

If ipchains is blocking the traffic, it will be putting
log entries into /var/log/messages
